President Obama is A F’ing Genius!
Who else can choose the most qualified candidate for Supreme Court Judge in Hispanic female Sonia Sotomayor, while simultaneously halting GOP backlash? The President has tied the hands of the GOP by magnifying its greatest weakness: minority public image. Currently, the GOP is in no position to oppose.
The fear of increasing its already negative public image among minorities has the GOP at a stand still concerning the Sotomayor pick. The Hispanic community is a growing minority that Republicans would do well to cater to moving forward. Obama and his administration are strategically leading the GOP down a predetermined path of second guessing and slow reactions.
President Obama is crafting an administration built for un-opposed speed. The GOP and its rhetoric are legitimate obstacles. Obama has Congress. He has Wall Street. And with the Sotomayor pick, he looks to create inroads to the Judiciary. He can not directly possess the GOP, but he can slow it down. The Sotomayor pick handles this flawlessly. (Not to mention the placement of new NASA director Charles Bolden.)
I did not realize President Obama’s goal until today. He is removing every tangible obstacle to his administrations policy, law, intent, or passing thought! President Obama does not want unnecessary challenges from posturing ‘Hill-ers’, media, or government to slow progress. Again, f***ing genius!
