CCoM – May: Better Boys Foundation, Chicago IL
The Better Boys Foundation has been an active member to the North Lawndale community in Chicago’s westside since 1961. Originally, the center began as a boxing gym by founder Joe Kellman. Today, the center offers several programs such as Project LEAD and YouthLab @ 1512 to both young girls and boys. Special thanks go out to Mr. Richard Baltimore for nominating the center!
