Factoring A Successful Tea Party

by Curtis Baker on 2/18 | Posted in: Government

The historical Boston Tea Party centered around the colonists’ resistance movement against Britain’s Tea Act of 1773. A similar movement is underway across conservative America today. But, with a premise more in direct contrast to its spiritual predecessor. There were two key factors that made for a successful tea party in 1773.  Are these factors still relevant in 2010? |

America has changed tremendously since 1773. No longer are we a nation of uni-toned, like-minded colonists. Nor, are we under the watchful eye of a distant motherland. These two factors were required to validate tea party success in 1773. A successful tea party is practically impossible in 2010 without some form of these factors present.

Here we are today in the middle of a new age tea party and its organizers are aware of one thing.  It must supplant the two key areas above with comparable, modern day stand-ins in order to be successful. Fear has become that new stand-in. It seeks to supplant the ethnic polarization and foreign government involvement factors of the original Boston Tea Party.

Fortunately, America in 2010 is less fearful than years past. We are taking new steps and measures to ensure we continue on this brave path. The new Tea Partyers know this, and are trying everything to keep the fear engine running.

Employing fear as a stand-in has huge side effects. The most damaging is the participation of known hate groups within the movement. If you wish to revert America’s new found progressive image in the world, allow hate groups to gain traction in the new tea party. The movement will be outed as the political farce that it is and quickly approach its demise.

Keep tagging people that do NOT agree with the big government that you do, as racist lady.THIS IS ABOUT BIG GOVERNMENT YOU IDIOT! Look back in history and you would see more than once issues such as health care were refused by Americans and the president in all of those cases were WHITE! SO GO BACK TO 1968 WITH AL AND JESSE AND CONTINUE YOUR “RACECARD” because thats all youve got!

Thanks for the comment James. I guess Black Americans can’t refute history, huh? I will take your advice and review the issues refused by an America who refused to recognize Blacks.
